This delicious iced coffee is the best coffee to have this summer and it relies on a little secret...

Ingredients

Coffee
  • A shot of espresso or cold coffee made with good coffee beans, I used my iced coffee Nespresso pod OR
  • Instant coffee, whipped until frothy.
Sweet cream
  • 3 tablespoons of whipped cream
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup, or as desired sweetness
  • A dash of vanilla extract, or any flavor of your choice

Instructions

  1. Prepare your coffee and leave it to cool if hot.
  2. Combine whipped cream, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract and froth it up with a milk frother, an immersion blender, or a mason jar until nice and cream.
  3. Place ice cubes in your cup of choice, pour in coffee then sweet cream and top with a dash of milk.
  4. Enjoy!

Notes

This recipe is very versatile and you can change it up to please your tastes.

Dairy free? Use any dairy-free milk of your preference.

Don't like maple syrup? Use sugar or any other sweetener of your choice.

Don't have a coffee machine? Pour water into 2 teaspoons of instant coffee and whip it until frothy.
