Ingredients

Sandwich filling:
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 turkey breast, chopped
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1 pickle, thinly sliced
  • 2 lettuce slices
  • 1 slice provolone cheese
Sauce:
  • 1 tbsp mayyonaise
  • 1 tbsp grainy mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • Basil chiffonade
  • Lemon zest
  • Lemon juice

Instructions

To prepare:
  1. Slice your choice of bread, I used sourdough bread
  2. Slice the turkey and all your vegetables
  3. Combine the sauce ingredients together
  4. Toast bread on the pan with one tablespoon of butter
  5. Assemble the sandwich and enjoy!

Notes

You can add any vegetable or choice of meat (or go meatless), it's all up to you!
